About
Cyber Noir specializes in anime characters and flexible rigging styles. Our team is chosen on certain specializations to create a natural broad horizon of possibilities. We do our best to have creators each with unique styles and capabilities to make as many model concepts reality.
The guild was started by Blade and Bunny as a duo in 2022, but we are looking to add more team members over time. We currently have our eyes on adding visual artists with different styles, such as moe-anime and cartoon, and adding more Live2D riggers to ease the workload. (Applications are not open)
Since 2023 artist Aiyuuno and rigger Ren Live2D have been added to the team. Both of these members are great at making traditional anime styled VTuber models, and are certainly recommended as duo. Aiyuuno is amazing at cute anime characters, and Ren is incredibly good at bouncy models with VBridger.
In 2024 artist Deuce joined. Deuce specialises in shiny and cute anime-like art. Their style is a mix between painterly and anime. Their eyes are truly captivating with many details and colours.

I am able to draw mature anime characters! I will do my best to make my work meet my client's expectations and will do as many changes as they desire.

While I specialize in drawing moe and cutesy anime characters, I occasionally draw pretty and elegant ones. I do not mind drawing something I have not drawn before, but keep in mind that I will need sufficient reference images.
I will make sure that your model design stands out and makes you unique and memorable among the sea of vtubers, yet while also not being over-the-top!
I work relatively fast, and this allows me to communicate with my clients efficiently as I provide progress updates frequently.
However, since my art style prefers cute, dainty and gentle characters, I cannot draw muscle well. That's where Blade comes in!

I'm able to draw cute and cool characters with an animeish style! I'll try my hardest to meet the clients expectations throughout a clear conversation.My specialty is drawing human-like characters, humans and furries! I love making the eyes super pretty and pop in the drawing since it's the window to your soul. Drawing the hair is also one of my favourite parts to draw, I can draw from straight hair to curly and locks!I'm more than willing to try new stuff but with as much references as possible for a better understanding on my part and for a better result for you.

I specialize in flexible rigging styles to adjust accordingly to the customers wishes. My personal goal is to make my rigs as mobile as possible. I am perfectly capable of doing highly detailed animations and physics, although my personal style includes soft and flowy physics and movements.
Before the commission process I request a thorough explanation on the wishes of the client. I would prefer to see videos of what the client has in mind for their product, so I can take the time to learn potential new skills before starting on the actual product. Due to my 10 years of 3D animation experience I can pick up on new Live2D skills quite quickly.
During the commission process I send WIP recordings of rigs to the client, and I even send WIP models for VTube Studio for the customer to test them out themselves. Like so the customer can have proper grip on their products creation.

Terms of Service
When commissioning you agree to the Terms of Service
- Basic decency
1. You keep proper contact with your chosen artists
2. You take us seriously as a work partner
3. You keep in mind that our team members are human beings with a private life and university related responsibilities
- Payment
1. Rush orders are possible to a certain extent and are +20% of the full price, communicate the possibilities before placing the order.
2. Payment is due after the sketch has been approved, and will be done in USD/EUR* via Paypal. If you are accepted you will be messaged with the invoice after calculating the price.
3. Payments are allowed in terms as long as the client can ensure they will fully pay off the product.
4. The final product will only be delivered after the client has fully paid it off.
5. Prices on the price list are estimates and can be adjusted during discussion.
6. Prices are shown in the preferred currency of the artist in question.
7. Prices on the pricelist do not contain taxes and commercial rights, these will be calculated by the chosen artist themselves.* Team members might accept different currencies, please check the price list.
- Rules during and after product delivery
1. It is not possible to suddenly refund your order without proper discussion beforehand. If this is done this will result in legal action.
2. You can only refund the unfinished work. (60% work finished means 40% of the money refunded.)
3. You cannot receive a refund after the product has been finished.
4. Glitch/bug fixes are free of charge, as these are our own mistake. Rework of a part of the rig (e.g. head turn, hair physics) is considered a “re-rig” and you will be charged for it.
5. Properly credit us for the product we have delivered. That is by either naming us [Cyber Noir], linking our Twitter [@CyberNoirLive2D] or linking our Carrd [cyber-noir.carrd.co].
6. Edits are only allowed during the sketch phase, any alterations past the line phase will cost extra.
7. NSFW is allowed, but our team members are entitled to reject the commission if they do not feel comfortable with what they are working on.
8. If you commission us, you agree that your commissioned product is for personal use only and will not be reproduced for profit, or used commercially, unless discussed beforehand.
- Timeline
1. The moment we start on the commission will depend on the client's place in the waitlist. The client will regularly be updated on their spot.
2. Waiting times may vary. It all depends on who either came first, or paid earlier.
3. The average turnaround of model art is 2 months, the average turnaround of model rig is 3-6 weeks. Times may vary. (Only applies when work on the product has started.)
4. If extra time is needed to finish the product it will be stated so timely.
- Privacy policy
1. We will regularly post video clips containing previews of products, when commissioning us your product might be seen by strangers.
2. A commission is allowed to stay private. If the client states this during their order we will not share any progress reports online.
3. We have the right to post showcases in our personal portfolio unless privacy is requested by either the client or ourselves. (e.g. suggestive products)
